Once a customer selects a StorCOM data-management solution, our engineering staff provides a dedicated team of implementation experts to deploy the solution. The implementation of these complex data-management applications requires specific expertise that is not generally available in most internal IT departments.

StorCOM's highly trained and certified solutions-delivery engineers routinely install complex systems at customer sites. StorCOM prepares for system installations with a complete site survey to determine that the facility housing the storage system has adequate networking connectivity, floor space, cooling and power. Once this has been verified, StorCOM engineers will implement the solution as defined by the customer's requirements, which are spelled out in a Statement of Work document.
